The Dogs - by Darcie

On a nice sunny day, I'm at the beach.

I see two dogs sprinting through the water. The two dogs are splashing each other with icy cold, colourful water. The Boder collies coler  is a shadow black and gold brond's. The other dogs fur is  black and gold like a mop that's soaking wet. The Boder collies fur is black and white like a patterned cow. The Boder collies tail is really long Like a black and white string of yarn. The dogs nosies are black like a smooth stone. The dog with the black and gold  fur is really wet that you can't see his eyes. The dogs are playing like little tiny kittens.

The water that the two dogs are splashing in is blue, brown and light green. The water is like a smooth stone. The water is as cold as a ice wall. The Boder collie is staring at a tennis ball lying on the soft ground like a sea shell. The boder collie is leaning on the other dog. The dog with the black and gold fur is as cute as a little kitten.

  1. Great work Darcie. You are the first person to publish your writing with an activated noun. I see two dogs sprinting through the water. The noun is dogs and the activation is sprinting.

    Challenge:
You have used lots of other verbs and nouns but the verb needs to come straight after the noun like this:

    dogs splashing
    dogs playing
    mop soaking
    fur dripping
    Border Collie leaning

Can you edit your work so there are more activated nouns? Take a look at the spelling again too!

  2. How about:
Black and gold fur soaking like a mop.
